Greater Cleveland Community Credit Union will never call, text, or email asking for sensitive information such as your account number, debit or credit card number, security code (CVV), PIN, password, verification code, onetime password, authentication code, online banking username, or Social Security Number. 

 

If you receive a suspicious call, text, or email requesting sensitive account information and claiming to be from Greater Cleveland Community Credit Union, it is likely a scam. Fraudsters may impersonate the Credit Union and can make phone numbers, text messages, emails, and caller ID information appear legitimate.

 

Even if a communication appears to come from the us, do not respond to an unsolicited call, text message, or email. Hang up immediately and contact us directly at 216-664-2217 using a trusted phone number you know belongs to us.
