Youth Savings Program

Youth Savings Account is the Greater Cleveland Community Credit Union’s way of encouraging financial literacy and responsibility at a young age, as well as rewarding students in grades K-12 for academic excellence.  We will deposit $50.00 into the account of youth members once a year that maintains an account with a balance of $50.00 or more. The student must presents a report card for the final grading period of academic year showing “A’s" earned in all subjects. Alternatively, we will deposit $25.00 into the account of youth members that earn an overall 3.0 GPA or better for the final grading period of the academic year. The youth account holder must present the report card to the Credit Union between May 1st and July 31st of the year.

 

A parent, guardian or adult relative must open the account and be a member of the Credit Union. The youth must have a Social Security Number and be under 18 years old.
