How It Works: Loan funds are placed into a restricted, non-interest-bearing account. Members make regular monthly payments—based on the loan agreement—from an income source or unrestricted deposit account. With each payment, the corresponding amount is released from the restricted account and transferred into the member’s regular savings account.
