Zelle

Zelle® is a convenient way to send and receive money between people and businesses that you know and trust. 

 

Our members can enroll in Zelle® by downloading the Zelle® app to their mobile phone and attaching their Greater Cleveland Community Credit Union debit card. 

 

To send money, all you need is the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile phone number. Funds are sent directly from your account to theirs. 

 

The Greater Cleveland Community Credit Union has no agreement or relationship of any type with Zelle®, and assumes no responsibility or liability for transactions our members conduct using Zelle®. 

 

All Zelle® transactions are solely and strictly subject to the terms, conditions, rules, and authority as provided in the Zelle® agreement. Money sent using the app cannot be canceled or reversed.

 

Credit Union members must contact Zelle® customer support directly at 844-428-8542 with all matters, questions, or concerns regarding their Zelle® transactions.

A number of our members are currently using Zelle® "stand-alone" app to send and receive money using their credit union debit card. The platform allowed members of banks and credit unions such as ours to access the service. 

 

Zelle® has decided to discontinue its stand-alone app platform effective April 1, 2025. As a result after March 31, 2025, our members will no longer be able to use their credit union debit card to send and receive money using Zelle®.

 

This decision by Zelle® is outside the credit union's control and we hope it does not cause a major inconvenience for our members.
