Signature Loan

A fixed-rate, fixed-term loan that can be used for any need you have: bills, repairs, medical expenses, education, fun, and more. The maximum loan term is 3 years, and the maximum loan amount is $10,000.00, based on credit.

Signature Line of Credit Loan
If you are looking for convenience and control over when and how much you borrow, the Signature Line of Credit Loan might be right for you.

Complete one loan application to obtain a line of credit that is open until you close it. Use the loan for any purpose that you have, and it costs you nothing until you carry a loan balance.

Access any amount of your available loan balance, fee free, at any time via Online Banking transfer or a call to our staff, and you choose whether to pay the minimum monthly payment or a higher amount.

Christmas Loan

Put extra cheer into your holidays with our Christmas Loan. Borrow up to $2,500.00 for 12 months at rates based on your personal credit. Christmas Loan applications are accepted from November 1st to December 24th.

Flex Pay Day Loan

This line of credit loan is a great solution to life’s emergencies, and it builds your credit. Your active Direct Deposit or Payroll Deduction determines the amount of your credit line, up to a maximum of $600.00, and automatically qualifies you for the loan. With 30 day repayment terms, you will always have money for the next emergency.

Over-Draft Line of Credit Loan

Prevent Non-Sufficient Fund (NSF) Fees and build your credit with our Over-Draft Line of Credit Loan.

Our Basic Checking, NexChance Checking and Money Market Accounts automatically come with the Over-Draft Line of Credit Loan. The amount of your line of credit limit is based on the type of checking account you have and whether or not you have Direct Deposit or Payroll Deductions being sent to Greater Cleveland.

Birthday Loan
Borrow up to $1,000.00 for 12 months at rates based on your personal credit rating. Birthday Loan applications are only accepted during your birthday month.

Share Secured Loans
A loan secured by a savings account or Certificate of Deposit (CD) may be right for you if you are looking to borrow at our lowest rate, rebuild or strengthen your credit, or keep your hard earned savings and still get the money you need. Secured loans have guaranteed loan approval and no credit report is pulled because the money in your Regular Savings Account or Non-IRA CD are 100% pledged to your loan. Share Secured Loans have terms up to 3 years but cannot exceed the length of the CD when being pledged.

Wealth Builder Loan
Our Wealth Builder Loan program can help you if you have a low credit (FICO) score or no credit history

What You Should Know About Wealth Builder Loans

Loan are available for amounts between a minimum of $600 and maximum of $2,400 at the member’s discretion
No loan application fee
No credit report is pulled
The loan proceeds are released up front. They are held in a restricted interest bearing deposit account until after you successfully make 12 consecutive on time monthly payments. After one year, you receive the full amount paid into the loan
Your payments are reported each month to all three major credit bureaus. This process helps increase your credit score as long as you make your payments on time and meet any other debt payments that you also may have
Wealth Builder will help you establish a credit history and can help get you off to a strong start if you do not have a credit history because you never borrowed money or had credit accounts
Members can only have one Wealth Builder Loan open at a time
Wealth Builder Loan is available to Members in good standing as deemed by Greater Cleveland Community Credit Union
